  @Satheskumar

Hi, thanks for your inquiry on our community.

Thank you for looking forward towards Archer AX200. Sorry that we really don't get advanced notice of whether there will be new products into your or other regions or when it might.

You may  contact the local related team for further confirmation if your need is urgent.

Best regards.

Re: 5G AX1800 Wireless Dual-Band Gigabit Router--Archer NX200

  @Marvin_S

Please note, I’m currently using the beta version which includes fixes for the two issues mentioned earlier. However, I’m not sure if these fixes are included in the official firmware (v1.6.0 v3.0...). I tried upgrading to the latest available version some time back, but the same issues persisted, so I reverted to the beta version currently in use.

Kindly confirm if an official firmware for NX200 V1 with below beta fixes is available. If not, when we can expect, any tentative timeline as its already several months over. Thanks

1. Cannot log in TP-Link cloud in mobile interface

  When you try to add password in mobile interface in 192.168.0.1 or what you use it just doesnt work, you cannot add ant charcters in the box.

2. You cannot lock in cells in 5g/4g

theres no option to lock in "one" cell, im having problems that the modem is jumping between two, another one has upload of 1.2mbps and another +40mbps what is really good where i live. I would love to lock in that and not jump inbetween to lose connection every 20minutes.

how about these what i asked about year ago?

  @Finnish

Hi, thank you very much for the update.

Have you updated to the latest Archer NX200(EU)_V1_1.7.0 Build 250904 firmware version?

1. Cannot log in TP-Link cloud in mobile interface

  When you try to add a password in the mobile interface in 192.168.0.1 or what you use it just doesnt work, you cannot add ant charcters in the box.

- Did you also test the PC web UI? Can you properly input the password and log into the admin UI?

- If you're using Chrome, did it help if you switch from the phone view to "desktop site

(On the right of the address bar, tap More. Settings. Under “Advanced,” select Site settings. Desktop site.)

 - I'm afraid there hasn't been any news on whether or when the Cell Lock feature can be added.

- Have you tried manually selecting the 4G/5G bands to see whether it helps improve the mobile upload speed?
