Not able to configure IPv6 for domain.tplinkdns.com
Hi Everyone,
To be able to set up Open VPN on my TP Link router, I've been attempting to configure DDNS server so that I may access it from outside my home network.
But after setting up DDNS, when I type "nslookup domain.tplinkdns.com" into the command prompt, I can see an IPv4 address. However, since my router is behind a CGNAT router, configuring an IPv4 address becomes pointless, hence I am expecting an IPv6 address here.
Any suggestions are appreciated greatly.
For information, an IPv6 address has been allocated to my router (https://www.test-ipv6.com was used to confirm this).
In addition, I have used the links below to verify the necessary configurations:
TP Link DDNS Configuration: https://www.tp-link.com/in/support/faq/1367/
Configuring IPv6: https://www.tp-link.com/in/support/faq/1525/
Checking the functionality of my DDNS: https://www.tp-link.com/in/support/faq/3649/ (I get an IPv4 address from this, not an IPv6)
Thanks in Advance
Shreyas
