Hi all

Hoping someone could point me in the right direction.

I was with talktalk for 4-5 years with no issues. I moved over to Onestream and they provided this router.

I am experiencing internet dropouts.  Connection to router via WIFI or cable is fine.

Most times the DSL light stays on but the internet light is not lit.

Sometimes both DSL and internet lights are on but I have no internet connection.

I have tried plugging into the test socket of my master socket with a filter dongle which did work better for a day but then the same problems returned.

Apologies if the error log is long or the incorrect one. Usually when I pull the DSL cable from the router and reinsert it connectivity is restored. I did this are 1354hrs.

Not sure why the time stamp is 2016. After reboot is back to 2024.

Have you contacted Onestream's support team? They might be able to diagnose the issue with squishmallowshalloween router.
