Hello guys my wifi adapter isn't reaching 300 mpbs whatever if im close to the modem and change to the 802.111n that in my phone can reaches 300 mpbs perfectly i've already installed the latest driver for this adapter and it can't reach.

My fiber optic internet plan have 400 mbps and nothing are connected to my internet at this moment! why does that happens?

300mbps is the Max link speed at physical layer, not the actual speed.

Check link speed

You could try some tips and check if the link speed can reach the highest.

1. Make sure router's 2.4Ghz Wi-Fi band channel width is on 40Mhz.
2. Disable other Wi-Fi adapters on your computer except the TP-Link adapter
By the way, may I know the link speed and actual speed.
