Hi all,

I recently purchased two Tapo C310 cameras and have installed one of them, 

 

 

Installation was fine, connection to both WiFi and Tapo app worked perfectly, image clarity is great.

Motion Detection works :the camera alarm (Light) is triggered.

 

However, I cannot get any notifications at all on my phone (Android 14 with notification accepted for Tapo App and not disturb is disabled)

 

I don't use Tapo Care, never enabled the free trial or have subscribed.

 

I don't have installed micro SD in the camera.

 

I have followed the steps in "Tapo Camera Notification Issues" : all notification allowed

 

Everything works except notifications.

 

All I want is to get a notification on my phone when activity is detected by the camera

 

Tapo app v3.4.8, C310 firmware 1.3.11 hardware v1.0

You can refer to Part 1>>Case 2 in the following instructions to troubleshoot.
What to do if I can't receive notifications with the Tapo Cam or have a delayed notification?

If the problem remains, please help confirm:
1. A picture of your camera's Notifications page.
2. Is the option enabled for the Tapo C310 on the Tapo app>Me>Notification>Management page? Is the Do Not Disturb on the Tapo app disabled?
3. On the Tapo app>Home tab>Bell icon at the top right corner, can you receive notifications for your Tapo C310?
