Camera won't pan to the right
My C210 camera will no longer pan. Up/down works ok.
I tried hard reboot (twice) and then also removed camera from app and rejoined it.
Rebooted modem and iPad but still no difference.
I did the move camera sidways manually and the mechanism works ok and is smooth
I also tried the pan and tilt correction and it made no difference
Camera purchased in 04 January 2024 from Officeworks
I was getting a message that it had reached it limit to pan sideways but now after trying another power off/on it doesnt do that.
my C200 camera is working fine and is using firmware 1.3.4

Hi,
1. Your title says the camera won't pan to the right, can it pan to the left?
2. After you tap Pan & Tilt correction on the Tapo app>Camera's Device Settings>Pan & Tilt page, will the camera tilt and pan automatically and then back to the default position?
3. Can you share a video showing the process after you tap the Pan & Tilt correction button and then unable to pan the camera?
Best Regards
