For a year it is working fine, but suddenly i cannot control it from outside the house, it was saying " this device can only be controlled locally" i have 2 camera but only 1 working now from outside. Already tried resetting it, uninstalling it but its same problem

What to do if I can't control my Tapo cameras on the Tapo app?
If the problem remains, please confirm:
1. What's the model number of your router?
2. What's the LED status on the camera?
3. You can try to factory reset the camera, enable a hotspot Wi-Fi on your phone, reconfigure the camera with another phone, and connect it to the hotspot Wi-Fi, then can you control the camera remotely?
