Can any one help me, my cctv is always offline when I am out of the house or I am using my mobile data or connected to other ineternet provider, can somebody help me to troubleshoot this, I am so disappointed after I change my internet provider, I started experiencing this

You can refer to the instructions below to troubleshoot the reported issue.
What to do if I can't control my Tapo cameras on the Tapo app?
 

If the problem remains, please check:
1. The model number of your router. Do you have internet when connecting to the router's Wi-Fi?
2. The LED status on the camera.
3. The troubleshooting you did and the results.
4. Try to enable a hotspot Wi-Fi on your phone, factory reset your camera, reconfigure it with another phone, connect it to the hotspot Wi-Fi, and then check if you can control it remotely.
