Hello,

I have identified a problem with the Deco App and I am hoping that someone may have a solution for it.

I have setup a perfectly functioning mesh consisting of 6 routers, as follows ;

One AXE 75 main Router

2 AXE 75 satellite routers

3 AX 60 satellite routers.

All clients can connect and roam without any issues.

Fast Roam is On.

All clients connected to AXE 75 routers are displayed under the corresponding routers however NONE of the clients that have connected to the AX 60 routers, show under their corresponding router or anywhere on the map. They simply disappear but they are connected .

There seems to be some kind of a setting in the app or a bug that causes this issue 

If you have experience of this please show me the right direction as it is very annoying to deal with.
