Here are some suggestions if you fail to update the firmware of your doorbell camera.
    1. Check the connection status of the home router, and ensure there is a stable internet connection.
    2. Move the doorbell and router closer to each other.
    3. Reboot your router, wait for two minutes, and reboot your doorbell camera.
    4. Try to disable the firewall, antivirus, and ad-blocker settings on the home router.
