Firmware Version: I don't know

I have problem connecting with my camera i have reset it and unplugged it,but doesn't respond, it start for some seconds to blink red and green light after reset but then it stays red and doesn't change

I don't know the firmware or the version because i have erase it from app

Hi,
Please try to press the reset button on the camera for 10 seconds to factory reset it. If the LED has no change and the camera does not respond to the reset operation, please refer to Case 3 in the following instructions to troubleshoot.
