Hi,
I shared the device with family members, yet they can't even see the recordings when motion is detected. Is there any setting I need to activate or is this another limitation? (same with the lack of privileges or at least the customised access to shared devices?)

Currently, the shared account can't access the cloud video clips, and it only can access the videos stored on the SD card.
If you want to adjust the permissions of the shared account, it's recommended to vote and leave your usage scenario on the thread "grant/deny permissions for a shared device".
We will keep logging the feature request and usage scenario for evaluation.
