Update Notes:
1.This firmware can not be degraded via the web Interface. A firmware recovery is needed- How to Downgrade Deco.

2. Please make sure the Deco APP is up-to-date.


Modifications and Bug Fixes

  •  Added WireGuard VPN feature.
  •  Added Matter feature.
  •  Added Channel selection feature.
  •  Added wireless network mode feature.
  •  Added the HomeShield APP block feature.
  • Improved stability and security of the system.
  • Improved the HomeShield features.
  • Fixed the issue that satellite units might be displayed as "offline" in Deco APP if there are lots of Tapo devices in the network. 
  • Fixed the issue that the Guest wireless may be unable to access the Internet in some cases.
  • Fixed the issue where the monthly report statistics were inaccurate in certain cases.
  • Fixed the issue where the IPv6 Internet connection page would display empty in certain cases.
  • Fixed the issue where SafeSearch would deadlock in some scenarios.
  • Fixed the issues that led to the crash and auto-reboot on the Deco side.
  • Fixed the issue that some IOS devices fail to connect to wireless in certain cases.
  • Fixed the issue that the devices in NordVPN client feature couldn't access the Internet in some cases.
  • Fixed the issue that the 240MHz channel width option disappears in some cases.

As Deco firmware updates are usually rolled out in waves, some users might already receive the new firmware notification on the Deco APP while others might take longer.

This is a great update, thank you! I have it, and it runs smoothly and awesome. However, I was trying to use the "Wi-Fi Access Control" feature, and it's not showing anywhere in the app.

Hi, Thanks for the update.

"WiFi Access Control" requires the support of all Deco units under the Mesh system. Did you have other models mixed with Deco BE95?

I've confirmed with the engineering team. Deco BE95_V1_1.1.0 hasn't added "WiFi Access Control" which will be soon added on the next firmware release.

  @David-TP  why is my channel selection greyed out? I can't select the channel and my 5GHz is stuck at 80MHz?

 

Im using 4 x BE95 with the latest firmware 1.1.0 and 1 x XE5300 with the latest firmware 1.4.5.

 

All are connected via wired ethernet.

Do you plan to switch the channel width from 80 MHz to 160 MHz?

-Can I have a screenshot that "my channel selection is grayed out"?

 

Does it help if we temporarily remove the satellite Deco XE5300?

Of course a wider channel width will produce better results which is why I am trying to switch to 160 MHz.

 

I tried it and it doesn't matter if the XE5300 is connected or not. The "Channel Width" selection is greyed out and is always under "Auto." When I click on it, nothing further happens.  How do I make is manual so I can select the channel myself?

  @David-TP unfortunately Deco Be95 is not available in Turkiye.
