Please return the previous firmware, which was before 1.4.4. I tried to reset it, but it doesn't help. I would like to note separately that the C210 with hardware v.1 and firmware 1.3.14 Build 240801 Rel.64983n(4555) has perfect sound.

We do not have the instructions to downgrade the camera's firmware. To locate the issue, please refer to the following steps to collect the video for further analysis.
1. Move the Tapo C210 V2 to the same place as the Tapo C210 V1.
2. Set the microphone volume to maximum on the camera's Live View page.
3. Record a video manually on the camera's Live View page, then send us the recorded video from Tapo C210 V2 and V1 for comparison.
You can upload the videos to your cloud server(such as Google Drive), generate a link to download them and send me(@Solla-topee) the link via a private message.
Note: we suggest removing the camera's MAC address on this thread.

And such a moment, when the microphone volume is increased by the entire volume, the overall sound level (the level of the amplitude of the sound signal) and the stray background noise do not make out anything at all, after 3 seconds, as I understand it, noise reduction turns on, and the overall sound level significantly decreases and stabilizes, but the stray noise still does not really do anything. It makes it easier to make out, because the overall sound level just drops.
