Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.6.2 Build 20240718 Rel 69205

I have a couple of S4 and E4Rs and Ive been having issues that some satelittes are dropping connections and showing inaccurate status in the Deco app.

I was recommended to use direct connection/ethernet and I did. App still isnt accurate.

 

Even showing that the Deco is in wifi mode. Then when you do refresh the app, it says all decos are down when it actually isnt.

 

Ive been having the problem since I got them but brushed them off because they somehow worked but its now getting into my skin.

It is recommended to install the beta firmware for Deco S4 here to see whether it helps with the current issue:

I have updated the firmware of the S4s and to no avail, it shows theyre still offline on the app. Even on a direct/ethernet connection. Im on my wits end. Anything else you could recommend? The app is unusable and I couldnt configure settings for my Decos.
