Hi, welcome to the community.
Archer NX200 should be fine with Airtel and VI SIM cards.
For JIO, Archer NX200 doesn't support XLAT yet, if JIO requires XLAT on the current SIM deal, there might be a problem.
Update: Both Archer NX200 V1 and V2 have firmware versions that support 464Xlat:
464XLAT Support on TP-Link 4G/5G routers for Jio/EE/Optus/Vodafone and other SIM carriers
Thank you very much and best regards.

Hi, thank you very much for the feedback.
Now, both Archer NX200 V1 and V2 have firmware versions that support 464Xlat. But as for the available purchase dates, it is recommended to check on the local online stores here for more details:https://www.tp-link.com/in/where-to-buy/#Regional%20Distributor%20(SOHO)
Best regards.

@Yassir
I recently bought the nx200 from dubai as i was fed up of waiting 6 months seeing the coming soon page in India.
I had to spend almost 12 hours figuring out how to make JIO 5g work on it and finally i have made it to work. It does not work out of the box due to non XLAT support and only devices that support IPV6 direct would work. My mac and iphone was working fine, but on my oneplus nord 4 it mentioned no internet access. I tried to fix the phone but later submitted defeat and then moved on to NX200. Thats when i bumped on this thread:https://community.tp-link.com/en/home/forum/topic/817398
There is a beta firmware update which has XLAT and i installed it. To my surprise all the issues with JIO sim is now rectified, works on ipv4 and even the tp-link login to use the DDNS also is fixed in the beta release.
In my area with 75% signal strength i get a good speed around 150mbps, good to serve me as a backup option.
PS: Dont forget to switch off auto-update always and yet to test more on it.
