Model: Deco X60
Hardware Version: V3
Firmware Version: 1.3.0 20240830

hi everyone,

since i updated my deco x60s, 90% of my devices now show offline, even if they are active on the network, ie laptops tablets smart devices such as lights  or plugs,  even my desktop im using now, isnt showing so i cannot setup port forwarding for it, the whole point of these very expensive decos were for control over my network instead i have nothing, one of the few devices that shows is my phone, however it will only ever connect to the main node i have 3 nodes setup but my phone never ever connects to any but the main node thats on the other side of my house and only gets 2 bars. compared to the one in my office. that my pc and work machine are connected to that work fine but do not show on the app as connected clients this is also true in the web panel,

any help would be amazing thank you.

Hi, welcome to the community.

It is recommended to install the beta firmware here to see whether it helps:

Satellite Deco Units Work Well but Display Offline on the Deco APP

Wait for your reply and best regards.

Hi, sorry for the delay.

The Deco X60_V3.2 can use the firmware of Deco X60_V3. The beta firmware works for both.

Best regards.

Hi David,

thanks for the advise i have updated to the beta firmware which has allowed me to do port forwarding on that 1 single node, however i still have the issue of no devices connecting to any other nodes except the main node, so 80+ devices are showing as offline even if they are all active on the network and my other nodes all show zero devices do you have any other ideas of what i can do?

Hi, Thanks for the update.

Can I have some pictures of the network map on the Deco APP, such as:

-if the Deco units are connected via "Ethernet Backhaul", will there be a network switch? If yes, can I have the model number of the switch?

I think there are devices that are connected to "satellite Deco" but as they are reported "Offline" on the Deco APP, so they can't be listed as "Connected Devices" of satellite Deco.

At the same time, could you please also help me submit the Deco APP log:How to submit Deco APP log

Wait for your reply and best regards.
