C200 onvinf ptz broken in 1.1.4 firmware

ONVINF ptz is broken in 1.1.4.
The improvement broke something.

Hi All,
If your Tapo C200 V5 has firmware version 1.1.4 and the Pan & Tilt feature is no longer working when trying to control the camera using specific third-party apps (such as Frigate) via the Onvif protocol. Please refer to the solution in the thread below.
What can I do if I can't Pan & Tilt the Tapo camera via Onvif protocol after updating the firmware

1. What's the third-party app you used to stream the camera? Can you stream the camera's live feed on the third-party app?
2. Can you Pan & Tilt the camera on the Tapo app?

I'm using frigate, stream works ok only ptz is not working.

Hi, same problem here with both C200 and TC70 IP camera. The devices work well spending the stream but no way to use PTZ functionality. I use them under zoneminder.
