Echo Show and Tapo Cameras

Long time lurker first post
Im at a loss, I have 6 Tapo Cameras a mix of C100 C200 and C310 All running the latest firmware. The last 2 weeks I have been unable to watch the live view on both an echo show 5 and echo show 8 (both first gen I believe) The picture is pixelated and sound very muffled and they both experience stuttering and time lags/skipping. They have worked flawlessly for two years with no issues until now. I have tried the factory reset, disabling the Tapo Alexa skill. Nothing seems to fix it.
Network wise I have gigabit full fibre with 4 Eero 6 plus mesh boxes.
No issues whatsoever watching the feeds through the app.
Would appreciate any help you can offer it's driving me nuts 😂

After discussions and confirmation with Alexa support, it was confirmed that the root cause of the reported phenomenon, where some Tapo camera models display pixelated images, muffled sound, or lag when used with Alexa devices (such as the Echo Show), is related to Alexa services. We recommend contacting Alexa support to check for any updates regarding this reported issue. If we receive any updates, we will share them promptly in the community.
