I have a Tapo tc60 smart camera I'm just trying to set it up while I go on holiday and it just switches off it's not showing on my phones WiFi either. I plug it in the infrareds come on and the red light at the bottom then flashes red and green for 2 seconds then it powers off

any ideas?

Hi,
1. Please ensure the camera is connected to the original power adapter that comes with the camera. 

 

2. Try to press the reset button on the camera for 10 seconds to factory reset it when it's powered, and then check if the LED will turn on.

 

3. If the problem remains, you can contact your retailer or our local team to check if the camera is under warranty.
