Bonjour,

Ma caméra TAPO C310 ne fonctionne plus. La LED ne s'allume plus.

J'ai essayé de la débrancher et de la rebrancher quelques heures après.

J'ai essayé de faire un reset depuis le bouton vers la micro SD (appuie caméra branchée pendant plus de 20 secondes).

Cela ne change rien.

Quelqu'un aurait-il une idée ?

Hi, 
You can try the following steps to troubleshoot if the LED on the camera is no longer lit up.
  1. Please ensure you are using the original power adapter that comes with the camera to power it.
  2. Try to connect the camera to another power socket.
  3. Remove the SD card from the camera if there is one.
  4. Press the reset button on the camera for 10 seconds, and check if the LED will turn on.

 

If the problem remains, it's suggested to contact your retailer or our local team to check if the camera is under warranty.
