Wifi not showing on both AP mode & Router Mode

 

none of 2.4G 5G are showing

 

none of guest networks are showing

 

reboot, reset none of method works

 

fiddled with different settings, none of them works

 

same issue as the following thread:

https://community.tp-link.com/en/home/forum/topic/201410

 

currently residing in Vancouver BC, using Telus PureFibre Gigabit(1G)

 

tried bridge mode, piggyback mode, none of them works

 

ethernet ports work fine

 

any input helps.

Hi  @Walnutabuji,

Solid blue means the router is working normally. There is probably a problem with the Wi-Fi broadcast. We recommend that you contact local support for warranty information.

Hi @Walnutabuji,

If you are experiencing issues with your devices not detecting the Wi-Fi network of your TP-Link Archer Router, please follow the troubleshooting steps below:

1. Check the WI-FI lights, if they are off, press the WI-FI/WPS button on the back of router for about 5-10s until the lights flashing, then 
    confirm whether the WI-FI can be detected when lights are stable.
2. If WI-FI lights are on, open the Tether APP, go to More > Wi-Fi Settings, and make sure the 2.4G/5G network is enabled and not 
    hidden.
3. If you are only seeing the 2.4GHz network (TP-Link_XXXX), not the 5GHz network (TP-Link_XXXX_5G), please disable the "Smart 
   Connect" feature.
4. Check whether all your devices can't see the TP-LINK WI-FI, if only certain devices, update the driver or system on your wireless client 
    device.
 5. Try another Router with your wireless devices for a comparison.

1. Always stable at solid blue
2. Confirmed
3. None of them are visible including guests'
4. All devices checked
5. Tried with a brand new AX3000, no problem detected
