No notifications to phone

Don't receive any notifications on phone from c212, everything is on on the c212 and all notifications and permissions is on on my phone, still no notifications, please help, thank you

You can refer to the instructions below to troubleshoot if you can't receive camera notifications.
What to do if I can't receive notifications with the Tapo Cam or have a delayed notification
If the problem remains, please confirm the following information.
1. Send me the pictures of the camera's Device Settings > Detection page and Notifications page.
2. Can you receive notifications on the Tapo app > Home tab > Bell icon > your camera page?
