Tapo Camera

I have 2 Cameras. both have just decided not to record anymore about 3-4 days ago. I checked all the settings etc. Everything is set up correctly.
I urgently need help to get them working. I had a stranger on the property at 4am this morning.... they just need to work

You can refer to the following instructions to troubleshoot.
1. Please check if your camera's Detection feature is working. For example, check if you can receive detection notifications and if the camera will alarm when detecting events after the camera's Notification feature and Alarm feature are enabled. If the Detection feature is not working, refer to the following instructions to troubleshoot.

2. If the Detection feature is working, but no detection recordings are stored on our cloud server, please refer to the instructions below to troubleshoot.

3. If you store the video recordings on an SD card, please go to the camera's Device Settings > Storage & Recording page to check if the settings are correct, and send us the pictures of this page and the Recording Schedule page for checking.
4. You can also try to remove the SD card from the Hub and insert it again to check if it helps. Try to format the SD card, or try a different SD card if you have one.
