Camera local only

My camera is only found local.
I changed the dns, have no % or similliar symbols in my password anymore, checked the WiFi, tried 200 times to reconnect, use the correct wifi frequency... any new ideas?

What to do if I can't control my Tapo cameras on the Tapo app?
Please confirm the following information if the problem remains.
1. Please send me(@Solla-topee) "Forum ID 776442 + C210's MAC address" via a private message.
2. You can try to enable a hotspot Wi-Fi on your phone, factory reset the camera, configure it with another phone, connect it to the hotspot Wi-Fi, and then check if you can control it remotely.
