Hi,

I have a tapo C210 which had a firmware update about 35-40 days ago.

After the firmware update, the camera is basically unusable:

- it doesn't appear to be connected to my wifi any more

- when unplugged/plugged in, solid red led during startup, followed by a few quick green led blinks, then the led is completely off

  and nothing happens any more (not connected, no camera movement)

- I am trying to reset it by holding the reset button down for more than 5 seconds and nothing happens (no led blinking no nothing)

- I unplug/plug again the power and it is in the same situation (solid red led, then a few rapid green led blinks, then off)

So how do I fix this???

I have removed the sdcard and restarted it, and everything works now (back to it's normal setting, not reset, connected to the wifi etc).

I do not understand why this happens, seems like it has some problem with the sdcard that was working until recently.

The sdcard works fine in my laptop. When I plug it back in C210, the camera stops working.

  @xul

Hi,
1. Do you power on the camera with the original power adapter that comes with the camera in the package? If not, please connect the camera to the original power adapter for a try.

2. What's the model number and capacity of the SD card?

3. Please insert a different SD card into the camera and check if the camera will work.

Best Regards
