Hi@mgvelm,

Thank you for your reply.

Could you provide a screenshot of the interception records on the security page I mentioned as below?

Hi @ShapSMF, @KubaAdamus , @mgvelm , @Jurkee

We attach great importance to this issue. Can you help us collect the interception records near the time of the abnormality?

Please enable antivirus first and check if the network still cannot work at this time? If the network cannot work, please go to the Security page on the Tether App, and query the recent interception records, as shown below:

Please send screenshots of all interception records here as much as possible, which will greatly help us locate the problem.

Please mask the Mac address of your device.

Hi @ShapSMF,

Thanks for your reply.

I understand your feelings very well. We are also looking for the root cause of the problem, so we need more information to locate the problem. If it is convenient for you, you can refer to the following steps to collect screenshots.
Our engineers are also actively looking for solutions and will do their best to fix the problem.

Thank you again for your cooperation and understanding.

  @Joseph-TP It shows exactly the same thing, except now I cannot communicate between LAN client and Wireless clients.... There are no records shown in the secuirty tab preventing internal network communication. It shows exactly the same as the previous screenshot.

Like I've said multiple times now... both LAN clients and Wifi clients can connect to the internet (with AV on or off), but with AV on, no intermal comunication between Wifi and LAN clients, with AV off, communication is possible between Wifi and LAN clients.

What is interesting, from the router web diagnostics, with AV on or off, I can ping LAN and Wireless clients, just not from a connect client to the router

Can this not be simulated in your dev tools / physcial hardware?

  @Joseph-TP Can you share the change log of the latest firmware - I want to see what the developers thought they were fixing. Maybe that can help narrow down the bugs in the firmware they introduced. It might also be worth doing a code comparison between the last known working firmware and the one released thats caused all the issues

Hi @ShapSMF,

Thanks for your reply and detailed test results.

I may not be able to share the information you mentioned with you because I don't have the information.
However, we have already escalated your case to an engineer. You can communicate with the engineer via email to get more details.

Thank you.

@ShapSMF

Are you referring to the release notes or modifications of this 1.2.1 version? You can find it on the global website:

https://www.tp-link.com/en/support/download/archer-ax6000/v2/#Firmware

This official version mainly updates from HomeCare Protection to an enhanced version of the Parental Control and Network Security service kit. We have introduced this update in this thread.

Hi @KubaAdamus,

For your issue, please try the guidance and temporary solution of this thread Devices Fail to Access the Internet After Updating Archer AX6000 V2 Firmware to 1.2.1. It is the suggestion from mgvelm.

If there are any updates in the future, we will also synchronize them to this thread.

  @Kevin_Z  @Joseph-TP

And hence the firmware bug is all related creating a subscription and capturing more money

@TP-Link - I suggest you roll back the firmware and remove this unwanted feature

  @ShapSMF How do I upload the previous working firmware? I tried 2 methods. Upload via a computer from the router configuration page and in safe mode by pressing WPS or Reset on the router. None of the methods work.

  @mgvelm at moment you can't until they release a new firmware, hopefully with the so called enhancements removed - I'm annoyed, they are pushing a subscription for homecare enhance features that broke the router. Don't they test releases before deploying to the public
