Hi,
You can refer to the instructions below to troubleshoot if the RTSP/Onvif stream is not working.
What can I do if fail to stream the Tapo camera via the RTSP/ONVIF protocol?
If the problem remains, please confirm the following information.
1. List the troubleshooting you did and the results.
2. Please describe your network diagram in detail.
3. What URL have you used when establishing the RTSP/Onvif connection? What error message do you encounter when failing to establish the connection?
Best Regards

I also have started having the same problem with some of my tapo cameras (I have 10 Tapo cameras 4 of which are currently not working) running in BlueIris using the camera account credentials for each camera configured when I initially set up the cameras.
I have:
two C120
six C210-three of which are currently offline
two C500-one is currently offline
The C500 that is offline in blueiris is the only one showing as online in the tapo app, all others are showing as offline in the tapo app (even the ones that are still online in BlueIris).
All these cameras were working in BlueIris yesterday using the Onvif protocol. Today four of them are offline and no matter how many reboots of camera/router I still can't get the Onvif working in Blueiris, and only one of the cameras is showing up as online in the tapo app. They all appear in the DHCP listing of my router using the expected IP addresses. I also tried factory resets on one of the offline C210s with and tried setting up again without any luck.
All the cameras that are not working just stopped for no reason (no network outages or reboots of router or camera). All are on the same wifi/network LAN as the BlueIris server with good wifi signal. I am using an Asus RT-AX88U router.

Hi,
1. If the camera is connected to the router's Wi-Fi but displays offline on the Tapo app, it may be the camera is connected to the router's Wi-Fi but has no internet connection.
1) You can refer to the instructions to troubleshoot: What to do if I can't control my Tapo cameras on the Tapo app?
2) What's the LED status on the camera displays offline, such as solid greed, flashing red, etc.?
2. For the camera displays offline in BlueIris, please check if the device installed with BlueIris can ping the camera's IP address successfully. What's the error message in BlueIris when establishing the RTSP/Onvif connection? What URL do you use for the RTSP/Onvif connection?
Best Regards
