Simply put, my camera especially when panning and tilting, doesnt seem to work as intended, having green screens, flickering and stuttering to a previous frame

Check the signal strength of the camera. If the signal is weak, move the camera closer to the router or consider adding some network extension devices. How to check and improve the network connection stability of Tapo smart devices

 

Test whether the same issue exists when your phone is on the local wifi network as the camera. To avoid network switching and interference, turn off cellular data, disable VPN, ad-blocker app, and other relevant apps during the testing. 

 

Make sure to use the original power adapter. 

 

Can you share some videos of the problem here? Is it happening on the live streaming, playback video, or both? *Upload videos to your personal cloud drive or video websites like YouTube, then send the video link here, or send it to me through a private message.
