Hello,
Someone will be helping me fix my Tapo CCTV. c200c The night vision is not working, even though I’ve already rebooted and reset the camera. The issue keeps coming back, and the night vision still doesn't work.

Hi,
How do you judge that the camera's night vision is not working? For example, the camera may not enter night mode after you select Night Mode on the camera's Live View page or experience other issues. Please describe the problem phenomenon in detail.
What are the model number and OS version of your phone? What's the Tapo app version? And what are the firmware and hardware versions of the Tapo C200C?
