That time all network devices were disconnected. And then I wait a minutes, It worked again.

@ABC_ChoCo Thank you very much for all the details.
Could you please email the configuration file for your GE800 to support.forum@tp-link.com for further investigation, if possible?
Additionally, do you use QoS before and after upgrading to the latest 1.1.8 version?
When connecting the TBE550E to the GE800 wireless network and the GE800 reboots itself, which band did you connect to? Do you enable the Smart Connect on the GE800?
Does the reboot issue only happen when you try to connect the TBE550E to the network? This means the GE800 works fine if you're not connecting the TBE550E.
Please help clarify all these details if you can recall.

@Kevin_Z I sent the file by email
In version 1.1.6, QOS was not used, and in 1.1.8, AI QOS was used. After updating to 1.1.8, I did a factory reset once.
I connected to the MLO band. I did not activate the Smart Connect function on GE800.
No. At first, when I connected the TBE550E, it rebooted. However, when I connected it again, it worked normally. However, the next day, the router rebooted again while I was using it. I think it is related to the TBE550E, but it seems that there is a firmware bug in the router itself. For reference, the driver version of TBE550E is 5.5.0.3760.

@ABC_ChoCo Thank you so much for your quick response and valuable information.
The configuration file has been received. We will analyze it further and try to figure out whether there is an issue with the firmware.

@Kevin_Z i have the same problem with archer GE 800 because is restarting with no reason ...i put on wifi different username and different passwords to see if this helps ...have a great features but are some issues ..maybe is better if they will add in firmware real time temperature to be able to see if the temperature makes router to restart...i hope they will find a solution verry fast if not i will just return this product

@Kevin_Z Login failure happens on all devices both mobile and desktop, clearing cache doesn't make a difference on any device. The only way it works is entering on a desktop computer AND via tplinkwifi.net instead of router's ip on local network, using the combination that works I tried on ethernet and WiFi and works on both, so the only conditions to make it work appear to be 1. Using a desktop machine and 2. Use tplinkwifi.net
On the AI feature:
1. I didn't do any initial configuration to enable AI QoS, it was enabled automatically after the router rebooted from the firmware upgrade, so the first thing I saw after this upgrade was the Internet being pretty slow, I immediately thought that maybe the new AI QoS could be the culprit and after disabling it (HomeShield > AI QoS > QoS: Off) everything went back to normal the same as before the firmware upgrade
2. All devices were affected both on WiFi and Ethernet, cell phones, computers, TVs, etc.
3. A simple page loaded after more than 60 seconds (Instead of taking just a fraction of a second to load, so let's just say it loaded 600 times slower), and the page was just HTML text without CSS styles nor images, just the unformatted text (I understand that every resource on the webpage is loaded in separated requests); Didn't try to prioritize any device tho, will do further testing

@Cristian1977 Thank you very much for your feedback.
Do you mean the GE800 restarts on its own without reason before and after you install the pre-release firmware? What firmware version is currently installed on your GE800? Please install the latest 1.1.8 version we provided below, and let me know if the issue disappears:
Introducing AI QoS: Elevate Your Gaming Experience on the Archer GE800 Gaming Router!
BTW, is the GE800 feeling hot when it restarts? What is the Power Mode at that moment?

@Gogolithic Thanks so much for all these details.
Would it be convenient for you to follow up with our engineering team for a remote session? They may check the router settings in detail to determine whether specific settings cause these issues. If you're willing to do a remote session with the engineering team, I will help arrange an appropriate time.

I am already using 1.1.8 firmware and i was surprised to see this reboot...i think the problem is because the router is to hot...should be able to see in real time the temperature
@Cristian1977 Thank you for getting back.
Was the GE800 running properly before using the 1.1.8 pre-release version?
What are the Power Mode settings on it? Please help clarify.
Additionally, please let me know how often the auto-reboot occurs and how you recover from it. Do you need to power it off for some time and wait for it to cool down, and then power it back on?
