Thank you very much for the additional info.
Please monitor the connectivity for some time and confirm if the router will still reboot on its own. If the reboot issue occurs again, please help verify with more details:
1. Is there any specific activity or device connection to the network that causes the GE800 to reboot? For example, the reboot only happens when you connect a particular device to the network.
2. How often does the reboot occur? one time a day? Or does it happen randomly?
3. How many devices are connected to the GE800, wired and wirelessly? What are they?
BTW, do you use the AI QoS with the new 1.1.8 version?
If the reboot persists, please email us (support.forum@tp-link.com) the configuration file on the GE800 for further investigation. You can export the configuration file by navigating to Advanced > System > Backup & Restore > Backup, then click on BACK UP to export the configuration file on your GE800.

@ABC_ChoCo Apologize that we cannot reproduce the reboot issue in our lab with the new 1.1.8 version.
Are you currently running the 1.1.8 version and still experiencing the reboot issue in your network?
Can we provide a remote session to your GE800 via TeamViewer, allowing our engineers to investigate it further?

No, I'm rolled back to 1.1.6. There is no reboot issue in 1.1.6.
If the timing is right, it is possible.

I upgraded to the prerelease version, but many sites were unreachable from the wired network while in wifi they seem to work, after several attempts I went back to the stable version. If it can be useful I have a 10gb connection connected via ethernet.

@ZeldaFX Thank you for getting back.
Please provide some screenshots showing how you configured the Parental Control settings (HomeShield > Parental Control > Basic Info, Content Filter, and Time Controls) on the GE800.
Please also check the Block history list on the GE800 next time when the sites are unreachable.
Meanwhile, please make sure all the websites are working fine if you remove the Parental Control settings.
PS: Please mask the MAC or other personal info when uploading screenshots.
