Impossible réinitialiser camera

Bonjour,
c310 non identifiée dans appli. Demande de réinitialisation lors du raccordement au wifi. Réinitialisation par appui long sur interrupteur de trappe carte mémoire : voyant rouge clignotant puis vert/rouge. Raccordement au wifi : réinitialiser caméra.
Impossible de réinitialiser la caméra !

Typically, you can press the reset button on the back of the camera for 10 seconds to factory reset the camera. If your camera does not respond to the reset operation, you can refer to Case 3 in the thread "What to do if my Tapo Camera gets bricked after a firmware update?" to troubleshoot if your Tapo C310's hardware version is V1 & V2.
