C520WS People Detection in Infrared Mode

Model: Tapo C520WS

Hardware Version: V1

Firmware Version: 1.2.11

I have 3 C520WS V1 and all off them working perfect with the people detection in day, BUT.....In Night and Infrared Mode On, even with sensitivity 9 and 10 cant detect a moving person in 4 meters away!

With Motion Detection OFF

And People detection ON = CANT detect the moving person

With Motion Detection ON = Detect the moving person (Motion detection Event)

And People detection ON = CANT detect the moving person.

I can provide photo and video with the event.

Hi,
Please confirm the following information for the reported issue.

1. Please send me a video showing that a person is moving 4 meters away and the camera can't detect him when working in Night and Infrared Mode. You can upload the video to your cloud server(such as Google Drive), generate a link to download it, and send me(@Solla-topee) the link via a private message.

2. Please go to the camera's Device Settings > Detection page and send me a picture of it when the issue happens. Please also confirm the sensitivity value set for the Person Detection type.
