Bonjour,

 

J'ai plusieurs caméras en extérieur.

 

Quand elles suivent une personne et qu'elle s'orientent vers le bas elles finissent par ne plus remonter. Je dirai au bout de 2-3 suivis.

 

Quand je veux les remonter en manuel j'ai une erreur "l'angle d'orientation horizontal ou vertical a atteint sa limite" alors que non elle n'est même pas à moitié ! Je suis obligé de descendre a fond en manuel avec les touches pour ensuite pouvoir remonter.

 

Avez vous une solution ?

Hi,
You can go to the Tapo app > Camera's Device Settings > Reboot Camera page to enable the "Auto Reboot" feature to see if it improves the situation. If not, please check:
  1. Does the issue occur after the camera tracks events 2-3 times?


  2. When did you buy the camera? How many cameras do you have? Do they have the same issue?


  3. Can you provide live view screenshots of the camera's original position and the incorrect position it returns to after tracking? You can upload the pictures to your cloud server(such as Google Drive), generate a link to download them and send me(@Solla-topee) the link via a private message.

Hi, 
Please confirm the following information about the reported issue.

 

  1. Does the problem occur only when the camera tilts down?
  2. You say you have tried to manually pan the camera when the problem occurs. Do you mean pan/tilt the camera on the Tapo app, or touch the camera with your hands and pan/tilt the camera manually?
  3. If you tap the Pan & Tilt Correction on the camera's Device Settings > Pan & Tilt page when the problem happens, will the camera work again?

Bonjour,

 

1) Cela arrive quand la caméra va vers le bas. Elle reste bloquée vers le bas et ne peut plus remonter en automatique ou avec les touches.

 

2) Sur l'application Tapo avec les touches. Je suis obligé de baisser au maximum et après cela je peux remonter la caméra.

 

3) J'ai fait déjà plusieurs réglages automatiques horizontal et vertical mais le problème revient toujours.

Bonjour,

 

Je viens de mettre l'auto reboot comme indiqué. Je l'ai fait sur toutes les caméras. Actuellement 4 caméras sur un site et 2 sur un autre site. Que des Tapo C51A et des C510W.

 

1. Je n'ai pas compté mais en général le problème apparaît après plusieurs suivis.

 

2. Les caméras ont été installées il y a quelques mois, elles sont comme neuves. Oui plusieurs caméras ont ce problème.

 

3. Ok photo pour exemple
