  @naderm Have u tried to change the subnet mask from 255.255.252.0 to 255.255.255.0 and also change the ip address range from 192.168.68.100 to 192.168.68.250 and change the DNS server to Google DNS 8.8.8.8 & 8.8.4.4

Hi, have you tried to set a different Deco X20_V3 as the main Deco?

Can I have the model numbers of the devices that constantly dropped out and also failed to connect to the satellite Deco X20?

Do you have any wired devices? Can they get internet access via Ethernet connections?

 

By the way, did you purchase the Deco X20 from a local retailer or elsewhere?

I ran into this issue just last night and I still haven’t been able to fix it. I’ve tried all the fixes I found online and even from AI, but no luck so far. At first, I thought the Wi-Fi functionality of my second Deco was already damaged, so I’m planning to bring it back to the dealer for warranty.
