Model: Tapo C210   Tapo C410
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version:

A while ago I was asking what it means about <1/36> and I was told that I can swipe to view the next camera <2/36>, <3/36>, and so on.

At that time I had only one Tapo C210. Now I have got a C410, and I have tried it out. What surprised me is, if I have 36 cameras, I would have to add all of them by ticking 36 x 35 times. OK, this is not a big deal since people usually don't have that many.

But I don't get the point. Why doesn't the app automatically sequence all available cameras according to their appearance on the home screen? It could be a bit fancy to allow user to arrange the sequence of all cameras (e.g. in 6 x 6 layout, or 4 x 3 x 3 layout)?

Hi,
Some customers may not want the cameras to be automatically sequenced in the order they are displayed on the Home screen, so we allow customers to add cameras in their own order.
Currently, you can only click the icon shown in the figure below on a camera's live view page to watch the live feeds of 4 cameras simultaneously.

Best Regards
