Tapo C200 Tilt not working
Just now got the new Tapo c200 installed at my home. Everything is working except the tilt function. The button was presses and it's showing camera tilt reached maximum limit, but the camera seems not tilting (staying in the same position).
Highly disappointed with this as it's a very new camera installed.

Hi,
Please use your hand to tilt the camera up and down and check if it works.
1) If not, check if there is any foreign object preventing the camera from tilting up and down.
2) If yes, please try to press the reset button on the camera for 10 seconds to factory reset it. Then reboot the camera, and if the camera does not tilt up and down, you can contact your retailer or our local team to check if the camera is under warranty.
Best Regards

Hi,
1. For example, if you can't tilt the camera down, can you tilt the camera up?
2. On the Tapo app > camera's Device Settings > Pan & Tilt page, if you tap Pan & Tilt correction, will the camera pan & tilt properly?

@Solla-topee Hey, when I open the camera settings and use pan&tilt buttons, only right and left are working properly. When up and down buttons are pressed, the camera is not moving.
Also when using the pan and tilt correction, the amera is moving only right and left, not up and down
