Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.4.1

Getting  Error, "It looks like you've reached your device limit for playing this video". logged out from all device and rebooted the camera still getting the same error. but getting notification for detections.

      How to share my Tapo Smart Devices with family

  2. Change the password of your TP-Link account, ensure only you know the new password.
      What can I do if I forget my password of the cloud account

  3. Check if you have the reported error when watching the camera's video recordings.
