Firmware Version: 1.4.4 Build 241211 Rel.57930n

Hello,

my Tapo c212 don't support ptz control over onvif. In the tp link app pan and tilt is working fine.

Model: Tapo C212(EU)

Current firmware is: 1.4.4 Buidl 241211 Rel.57930n 

MAC: 3C:64:CF:C6:F8:4D

Is there a new firmware available to fix this issue?

Hi,
1. We do not recommend posting the camera's MAC address on the thread, and you can send me(@Solla-topee) the MAC address via a private message.

2. There is no new firmware for the Tapo C212 now. For the reported issue, please confirm which third-party app you used to stream and pan &tilt the camera? Please check if you can pan & tilt the camera with a different app/program via onvif, such as iSpy.

I use home asisstent with onvif plugin to control the camera.

With iSpy it is working.
