My tapo care plan was renewed in Apr 2025, I can not see any recoding from playback before Apr 2025, please advise how to find out those recording.

Please note that after you subscribe to the Tapo Care service, the camera's detection video clips can only be stored on our cloud server for up to 7/30 days(based on the Tapo Care plan you subscribed to). After that, the video clips will be deleted automatically and can't be restored.
In your situation, even if you always enjoy the Tapo Care premium plan, the camera's detection video clips can only be stored on our cloud server for 30 days, and the video clips created before Apr 2025 are deleted now.
