Hardware Version:
Firmware Version: 1.6.4

I have changed to X50 (3 inside and one outside - x50 outdoor).

 

I cannot get my Siemens Ovens to connect to their server using the home connect app. They work fine on the old router but on the Deco there is an error connecting to the server. 

 

Swtich back to the old router and it connect immediately - so must be a Deco thing??

Hi, here are some suggestions for your reference:

  • Please install the latest firmware 1.6.7 for Deco X50_V1 first:

Deco X50/X55_V1_1.6.7 Optimized the Client Network Stability

  • Then you can enable UPNP under Deco APP>More>Advanced>NAT forwarding.
  • And open ports 443, 8080, and 123 for Siemens Oven.

  @David-TP Thank you - sorry I have not seen this before.

 

I can confirm that I have the latest firmware and that UpNP is enabled.

 

How do i set up the prot forwarding that you mention?
