Hello,

My camera tapo C200 suddenly went offline today.

I am not physically present at home today so I am worried.

The router showed that the camera is connected to the wifi.

I restarted the router ( remotely) then after a few minutes, the camera is shown back as connected to wifi ( on the router) again.

But it is still offline on the app.

What is going on?

What to do please?

Hi,
From your description, it may be you can control the camera locally but not remotely. In this situation, please refer to Part 3 in the following instructions to troubleshoot.
What to do if I can't control my Tapo cameras on the Tapo app?
