How can I re-connect to my wi-fi manually, it seems to loose connectivity for some reason and won't automatically re-connect?

Hi,
If the Wi-Fi settings on your router are not changed, you can try to reboot the router, then reboot the camera when the router is working, and then check if the camera will reconnect to the Wi-Fi automatically.

 

If the problem remains, please confirm the following information.
  1. What are the model number, hardware, and firmware version of your camera?
  2. How about the LED status on the camera, such as solid red, flashing red, solid green, etc.?
  3. Do you have an internet connection when connecting to your router's Wi-Fi? Is it a 2.4G Wi-Fi? What's the wireless security type?
  4. Is this the first time that the camera has lost its Wi-Fi connection to the router? Or does this disconnection problem happen frequently?
