Hallo, ich habe beim Amazon das Modell Tapo C410 Solar Kit erworben. Leider wird das kostenlose 30-Tage Test Abo nicht angeboten. Leider wird das unter Tapo Care in der neu installierten Tapo App nicht angeboten. Habt jemand eine Idee?

Hi,
If you cannot find the Tapo Care Free Trial plan for your camera, please check the information below.


    1. Confirm whether you have already paid for Tapo Care. If yes, the remaining trial days will persist after the paid plan expires.
    2. Confirm whether you previously enabled and then canceled the trial plan. After cancellation, the trial plan stops immediately and cannot be restarted.
    3. You can send me the Tapo C410's MAC address and invoice via a private message for further investigation. You can upload the picture of the invoice to your cloud server (such as Google Drive), generate a link to download it and send me (@Solla-topee) the link via a private message.
