Thank you very much for the screenshots and detailed information.
Which band/signal are you connecting to on this testing phone? Are you connecting to the MLO network? Is this phone the Xiaomi 14 Ultra?
What if you connect to the 6G network, is it still good?

@Pro-gamer Sorry. I want to check again:
Do you mean the xiaomi 14 ultra can only connect the the 2.4G network when you're leaving the bedroom (where the GE800 is located in), and no 5G or 6G WiFi?
How about other devices? Do they still see and connect to the 5G and 6G network?

@Kevin_Z 1.3.1 is more stable in terms of connection, but speed and range is reduced, seems like people like me who have high speed internet notice that. The distance between the bedroom and the router is only 4-5 meters. Some say it only works for 2.5ghz, but it doesn't work for 1.3.1 but 5ghz and 6ghz don't work at all right now.

I see. If that is the case, could you please email us (support.forum@tp-link.com) the configuration file on the GE800 for further analysis?

Any news from the engineering team?
I stopped using QoS as it is a disaster when it is On.
I am thinking to change router for a Glinet Flint 3 Wifi 7 Router. The router seems to perform really good and the team is really responsive. (and it use OpenWRT)
I am kind of disappointed with the GE800, too many issues, no concrete answer, to long to resolved important problems.
