Hi,
You can follow the instructions below to troubleshoot if your camera keeps going offline.
What should I do if my Tapo smart device keeps losing connection or going Offline?
If the problem persists, please confirm the following information.
1. The LED status on the camera when it's offline on the Tapo app.
2. When the camera works, go to its Device Settings > Device Info page, tap the Wi-Fi icon and send us the RSSI value.
3. How often does the issue happen? For example, how many times a day or a week?
4. What's your router's model number?
Best Regards

However it cannot connect to the wifi once it is disconnected. Why does TC71 cannot connect itself automatically when it is interrupted. What is the problem with this device!!! Hi,
Usually, the camera will try to reconnect to the Wi-Fi network after it disconnects. If you are on a remote network, you can try rebooting the router remotely to see if that helps.
If you are near the camera, please refer to the instructions in this post to troubleshoot.
Best Regards
