TOPO Camera 210 Not working outside my network
Please let me know how to configure Tapo C210 camera installed in home, to work from outside, to see the video,means monitoring

Hi,
Typically, after successfully configuring the camera in the Tapo app, it will connect to our cloud server and bind to your TP-Link account. Then, you can control it locally and remotely.
If you fail to control the camera remotely, please follow the instructions below to troubleshoot.
What to do if I can't control my Tapo cameras on the Tapo app?
You can also enable a hotspot Wi-Fi on your phone, factory reset the camera, configure it with another phone, connect it to the hotspot Wi-Fi, and then check if you can control it remotely.
