Hi, thank you very much for the feedback.
Did you purchase both Deco BE65 and Samsung S25 ultra from the local market?
I heard that because Samsung phones, in some regions, are programmed to prioritize or prioritize only certain Wi-Fi bands based on the detected cellular signal. By turning on Airplane mode, you disable the cellular radio, which can then allow the phone to detect and connect to the 6GHz band.
In AFGHANISTAN, the 6GHz hasn't been adopted yet: https://www.wi-fi.org/regulations-enabling-6-ghz-wi-fi
So I think it is due to the limitations of local WiFi regulation.
Best regards.

Just download the Firmware from the official Website and do upload the Firmware to your Devices like you did with the Beta.
Here you can find the Firmware: https://www.tp-link.com/en/support/download/deco-be65/v1/#Firmware

Hi, the 1.1.1 beta firmware is very likely to be the next official version for Deco BE65_V1.
Would you mind adding more details about " this beta is cutting off WiFi randomly"?
What are the model numbers of the wireless devices that constantly dropped out? Are they connected to the Main Network(2.4 or 5 or 6 GHz) or MLO network?
Wait for your reply.
Best regards.

@David-TP Hey, yes both were bought from the local market. My location is not AFGHANISTAN as you have suggested, this may be because of the VPN setup. If I don't use VPN, my ISP(Starlink) and google DNS servers have a conflict and will cause drop-out of google services entirely for about 5-10mins and then reconnect. I tried changing to Cloudflare or Quad9 DNS' but to no success. Using a VPN solves this issue.
In terms of my local market (Zambia), there is no clear limitation on WiFi band usage.

@David-TP This is my set-up. 3 nods purchased from Saudi Arabia and am living in Bangladesh and using here. First my struggle was huge because I'm using Samsung S24 Ultra which unable to detect 6Ghz whether it's 80/160/320. If I set to 320 which then my other Iphone 13 couldn't see. So I set to 160 and iPhone can detect now. But for my main S24 Ultra, i do the airplane mode trick and restart and can see the MLO network and can join. When I saw this Beta firmware, I jumped and upgraded to this firmware. But this is now worse case scenario as I go from one room to another, my WiFi gets lost and I need to restart again my phone in airplane mode to get WiFi (it was never happened before this firmware upgrade). Also I noticed, once one of my satellite was out of power cut and suddenly all the WiFi inside that room didn't switch to other satellite rather showing no WiFi which was never happened before. I'm struggling with this expensive setup which I thought an upgrade but failed me to deliver the least. I remember you helped me couple of years back with E4/M4 firmware which solved me similar issues. I don't understand what's wrong with Samsung/Deco combo. Can you feel my pain because each and every time I return Home and restart my phone in airplane mode to get WiFi and then turn off airplane mode. It was still manageable but things are way worst because now without any cause the WiFi signal gets lost (before this firmware, it didn't dropped connection once activated). Sorry 😐 for my long reply.

Hi, thanks for the update.
It seems like Zambia hasn't officially adopted 6GHz yet:
