Lost cloud videos
Was rewatching footage stored in the cloud recorded this morning at 0955 when the system started buffering, lost connection and then all history disappeared.
Had intended to select the desired footage and save but the system went down before I could do this. It appears that the TapoCare package was due to renew today and it looks as though it has.
Recordings have restarted and have been saved to the cloud from 1240 today (time the above happened). All history has been lost.
Is there anyway to recover the lost footage? It was vital evidence for an issue I'm having.
Any ideas much appreciated
